NLCC or NSCC : NLCC - League Cadet
Training Location : Tampa, Fl
Date Attended : 08/01/2010
Duration of Training: : 1 Week
Would you Recommend?? : A Great Training, I would do it again
Difficulty of Training: A Good Challenge
Comments: The wilderness survival training that I attended was really fun. I would recommend this training because you will be taught navigation, night ops, and cloud watching. Plus the food rocks. It gets really hot though. The lowest temperature during the training according to the weather reports was 99 degrees. Also there is like 109 wasps nests that I counted on one building and there is like a million red ant and army ant piles that actually enter your tent. But in the end, I would do it again. I highly recommend this training for anyone wanting to learn how to survive and/or for anyone who is looking for a good challenge.

Would you Recommend?? : I had fun and learned a lot
Difficulty of Training: A Good Challenge
Comments: I learned a lot and met new people which is always good. If you listen and do as you're told you will have a good time. The last few days were a blast, especially celebrating graduation, but you can't start slacking off the last few days. Don't get intimidated if you somehow do something
wrong and they say something, if so you'll have a great time. I would recommend it

Duration of Training: : 1 Week
Would you Recommend?? : A Great Training, I would do it again
Difficulty of Training : A Good Challenge
Comments : NLCC Wilderness & Urban Survival Training - NDF5 - You get to do a lot of crazy things like eating termites, living in a GP medium tent for a week, and  you also learn a lot more about surviving in the woods. The food is great and you get a free survival knife
and a boony hat. The staff was also not that tough on us.  I would recommend this training to all league cadets.
