4) 13 June- 0730 - Sea Cadets & League Cadets leave for NLCC Orientation/NSCC Recruit Training

5) 20 June-1100 - NLCC Orientation Graduation- Florida International University, Melbourne

6) 26 June-1000-1200 - NSCC Recruit Training Graduation- Eagle Academy, Belle Glade

7) Summer Building Maintenance-We need parents to volunteer!

1) Monthly Tentative Drill Schedule

            1^st Saturday @ Sea Cadet Headquarters; Parents Committee Meeting @ 8:30 am

            2^nd Saturday-Off site special training

            3^rd Saturday-Flagship Practice @ USCG Station Fort Lauderdale

            4^th Saturday-Beach PT alternating with Hands-On Boating Course

2) 28 August – 1^st Drill of the 2010-2011 Drill Year

3) 22 September - Ft. Lauderdale Navy League Sea Cadet Night, Coral Ridge Yacht Club

4) Early October - Holiday Photos with family at Base.

5) Late October –Survival Training Bivouac Weekend at Snyder Park.

6) 11 November – Veteran’s Day Ceremony, Sunrise Civic Center

7)13 November – Commissioning of USS Jason Dunham- Port Everglades

8) Mid November – High Ropes Course @ Tiger Tails Park.

9) 27 November-Thanksgiving Holiday.  NO DRILL!  HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

10) 11 December - Winterfest Boat Parade.

 11) 18 December- Holiday Party at Base!-Pot Luck with PIG! Please sign up to bring a dish.

 12) 25 December- Christmas/Hanukah/Kwanza Holiday-NO DRILL!  HAPPY HOLIDAYS! 

 13) 1 January, 2011- New Year’s Day Holiday! NO DRILL!  HAPPY NEW YEAR!

14) Mid January - Fire Fighting Training-Resolve Fire & Hazard, Port Everglades.
